Our mission
PEARL is an investment fund specialised in the financing of energy and environmental infrastructure projects, founded by an expert team from the energy and waste sectors.
Its mission is to provide turnkey financing solutions to manufacturers and local authorities, in order to contribute to European objectives in the fight against climate change and energy independence by 2030.
Our commitment
PEARL is a European investment vehicle committed to the implementation of concrete projects within the framework of the European Union's climate policies. All our assets participate in the energy or circular transition, in a demanding framework in terms of environmental impact and sustainability, certified by the GreenFin label.

Portfolio
Through its first fund, PEARL has developed and structured a platform of controllable renewable energy production assets, focused in particular on the valorization of biomass. This strategy has demonstrated its ability to originate, finance and operate complex projects, while laying the foundations for a differentiating positioning on carbon-free energy solutions.
Building on the achievements of PEARL I, this fund is continuing this dynamic by broadening its technological and sectoral field of action. It invests in solid and liquid biofuels (black pellets, biomethanol, sustainable aviation fuels),
biomethane as well as in flexibility and storage solutions for European electrical networks. The objective is to develop concrete alternatives to fossil fuels used in industry, communities and transport.
