Jean-Christophe Guimard
Partner
Jean-Christophe Guimard is a founding partner of PEARL. An entrepreneur in the energy sector for over thirty years, he specializes in the development and operation of bioenergy and biomass projects. In particular, he founded and managed NEREA (Akuo Energy), a player specializing in industrial biomass cogeneration. Previously, he held management positions at SUEZ, Alstom Power and Veolia. Jean-Christophe started his career at PwC.

Pierre Rellet
Partner
Pierre Rellet is a founding partner of PEARL. He brings over thirty years of experience in the energy, environmental services and infrastructure sectors. Previously, he held several management positions within the Veolia Group, including as CEO of Veolia Industries, before joining the Veolia Management Committee. Pierre has also chaired the European Federation of Waste Activities and Environmental Services (FEAD) as well as the National Federation of Waste and Environment Activities (FNADE). He started his career with Arthur Andersen.

Guillaume de Forceville
Partner
Guillaume de Forceville is a partner at PEARL. Previously, he held several management positions at EDF, including as CEO of EDF International and CEO of EDF Chile. He previously held several financial positions at Sanofi, including CFO in the United Kingdom. Guillaume started his career at PwC.

Paul Nicolas has been PEARL's Chief Financial Officer since 2024. He previously worked 9 years at GE Renewable Energy, including as CFO of GE Grid Solutions and 5 years at Alstom.

Emmanuel Courant
General Counsel
Emmanuel Courant is the General Counsel of PEARL, a position he has held since 2019. Previously, he was a member of the executive board of Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity and held several management positions at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. Before joining Edmond de Rothschild in 2006, Emmanuel was General Secretary of Exane Asset Management.

Marion Antarieu
Financial Controller
Marion Antarieu is a financial controller at PEARL, which she joined in 2025. Previously, she worked at Albioma where she held several financial positions, including as Group Treasurer and CFO of Albioma in Brazil. She started her career at KPMG in Transaction Services.

Stéphanie Dam
Office Manager
Stéphanie Dam is Office Manager at PEARL, where she coordinates administrative activities, general services as well as the organization of internal and external events. She has developed her skills in administrative and relational management thanks to her past experiences in retail as well as in human resources.

Florian Leclère
Senior Investment Director
Florian Leclère has been a director on the PEARL investment team since 2024. Before joining PEARL, he was responsible for the development of wind and solar projects in the LATAM region at TotalEnergies. He also worked at Bouygues Energies & Services and ENGIE Cofely in the development and management of energy projects.

Antoine Martin
Investment Director
Antoine Martin has been a director within the PEARL investment team since 2024. He previously held the position of head of structured finance LATAM Renewables at TotalEnergies, after several years of financing infrastructure and energy projects at VINCI Concessions (Paris), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (New York), and Crédit Agricole CIB (New York).

Yohan Corre
Investment Manager
Yohan Corre is a manager on the PEARL investment team, which he joined in 2019. Before joining PEARL, he worked at Edmond de Rothschild in the Private Equity division in Geneva. Previously, he completed various internships, in particular at Deloitte (M&A Council) and Edmond de Rothschild (Private Equity).

Matthieu Boschetti
Investment Analyst
Matthieu Boschetti is an analyst on the PEARL investment team, which he joined in 2024. Previously, he worked for three years at Mazars as part of the Project Finance team, where he worked on transactions in the energy, transport and telecommunications sectors. He started his career at EDF in M&A.

Baptiste Fleury
Investment Analyst
Baptiste Fleury joined PEARL in 2025 as an analyst within the investment team. He previously worked at Evergaz in Project Finance and M&A, after several experiences in M&A at Dalkia, URGO Group and Deloitte.

Aurélien Joulia
Investment Analyst
Aurélien Joulia joined PEARL in 2023 as an analyst within the investment team. Before joining PEARL, he spent two years at Société Générale CIB in New York as part of the M&A Advisory team, where he worked on transactions in the renewable energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Elise Naturel has been an ESG manager at PEARL since 2024. She previously worked in socially responsible investing at Trusteam Finance and Palatine Asset Management.

Christophe Legros
Construction Director
Christophe Legros is construction director in our design office, which he joined in 2023. He previously held positions in the management and management of major projects, in particular at VINCI, Spie Batignolles, ENGIE Cofely and Dalkia. Christophe Legros started his career at Alstom Power.

Clément Bayard
Project and Engineering Director
Clément Bayard has been project and engineering director in our design office since 2025. Previously, he held management positions at Akuo Energy and TotalEnergies. He spent a large part of his career with the EDF group, where he worked on complex projects integrating energy production and storage.

Grégory Galmiche
Project Manager
Grégory Galmiche joined PEARL in 2024 as Project Manager in our design office. He previously worked at Veolia on energy recovery projects, after a first career in the French Navy as an officer on nuclear submarines, where he held command and staff positions.

Philippe Pascal
Operations Director
Philippe Pascal has been director of the operation and supply of biomass assets at PEARL since 2020. Previously, he was director of biomass cogeneration operations at Akuo Biomass and spent the first part of his career as a wood energy supply manager at Veolia and before Fehring.
Clément Naye
Project Manager
Clément Naye is a project manager in our design office, which he joined in 2022. He has twenty years of experience in the development and implementation of energy projects. In particular, he worked at Akuo Energy, where he worked on biomass cogeneration projects, including the Kogeban and CBEM sites, integrated into the PEARL I portfolio.
